Honey roast gammon for a perfect family feast

Ingredients • 2 1/2 lbs of honey roast gammon, lined and scored • 1/2 jar of runny honey • 14 cloves • 1 small bag of hay |

Method
Preheat oven to gas mark 6. Rub gammon with honey. Stick cloves into gammon. Place gammon in big roasting tin on a nest of hay. Cover with tin foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove tin foil and hay. Bake again for 35 minutes, and then serve.
